How we work
Initial- We begin by analyzing our client’s current situation and the goals they are trying to achieve. Often times, there are many things groups are not doing to provide the best benefits at the lowest price. We can quickly identify opportunities and work with clients to help them receive the most value from their benefits. After gathering information, we generate quotes from carriers. We then present the most sensible options to the employer and recommend the best fit for the group. We use this same process to help individuals and families with their insurance needs.
Day to Day- We assist with enrolling and terminating employees from the plans and offer COBRA administration. When there are claims or service issues we work with the carriers to resolve them. At the present time, Healthcare Reform is the hottest topic in our field. Our agency educates groups on how Healthcare Reform will specifically affect them, and we can help the group strategize and make any necessary changes to keep them in compliance.
Renewal- When a plan is up for renewal we will look at alternatives within the carrier as well as shop other carriers to make sure we are recommending the best possible fit for the client. When possible we will negotiate a more favorable renewal. We then are happy to conduct meetings with the employees to educate them of any changes and help with the open enrollment process.
